# Finalize Distribution

After selecting all the songs for your album or EP, you’ll need to complete the final distribution settings before submitting.

***

* Release Date → Choose the date your album or EP will go live on DSPs.
  * Minimum lead time: 72 hours
  * ⚠️ Some platforms may experience delays due to random manual inspection.
* Select Digital Service Providers to distribute on → Choose which DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.) should receive your release.
  * You can select all DSPs or use the quick option “Select major platforms”.
* Select UGC (User-Generated Content) DSPs to distribute on → Select platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram.
  * ⚠️ UGC platforms may reject your release. Check [Song Content](/wrapped-songs/fields-for-creating-a-song/song-content.md)
* Save draft → Saves the release as a draft so you can come back to it later without submitting for distribution.
* Request distribution → Submits your release to the SONGS distribution system. Once submitted, it will go through validation before being delivered to the selected DSPs.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.songs-tools.com/music-distribution/how-to-distribute-your-music/distribute-ep-album/finalize-distribution.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
