These SongShares represent shares in the future benefits of the song. **If you sell or transfer any amount of SongShares to a third party, you will not be able to change distributors, as this would break the commitment to distribute future benefits to the new SongShare owners**. To transfer the song to another distributor, you need to recover all the previously distributed or sold SongShares.
