Distribution Obligations with SONGS

By choosing to distribute your music with SONGS, you undertake a series of responsibilities that ensure the fulfillment of commitments made to the SongShare holders and the proper management of your works.

Changing Distributor:

Artists have the freedom to change distributors as long as they hold the 10,000 SongShares corresponding to that song. These SongShares represent shares in the future benefits of the song. If you sell or transfer any amount of SongShares to a third party, you will not be able to change distributors, as this would break the commitment to distribute future benefits to the new SongShare owners. To transfer the song to another distributor, you need to recover all the previously distributed or sold SongShares.

This exclusivity applies only to digital distribution, thus maintaining a transparent and beneficial business model for all parties involved in the song's distribution.
